WHAT IS A SHADOWCAST? 

A shadowcast is when the actors lip-sync to a movie playing behind the stage. The actors do not actually sing or speak, they mime the movie playing alongside them. Therefore, in your audition you will lip-sync your sides without speaking. 

WHAT TO PREPARE FOR YOUR AUDITION 

For your audition, you must complete each of the following: 

• Information form 

• “Shadow” one scene from the provided list 

• Perform the dance to “I Saw the Sign”

REQUIREMENTS 

All actors must: 

• Be a woman or non-binary 

• Be 18+ 

• Be available for all rehearsals and shows. 

*No experience is required to be in the show!*

IMPORTANT DATES 

Evening Rehearsals: JUNE 4, 7, 11, 16, 18

Show Dates: JUNE 19 (6:00), 20 (6:00), 21(1:00, 6:00) , 22 (12:00, 5:00)
